Order processing time
The standard order processing time is up to 5 business days. In most cases, the shipment is dispatched on the same or the next business day after the payment is credited.
An exception is made for PRE-ORDER items, for which the processing time can take up to 3 weeks. Information regarding the estimated processing time for a PRE-ORDER is provided for each specific product.
Processing time includes preparing, assembling, and properly securing the order, followed by handing the package over to the selected carrier.
Delivery time
Order processing time does not include the time required for delivery by the carrier.
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and the delivery time applicable to the specific carrier. Once the package has been dispatched, its status can be tracked using the provided tracking number or tracking link, if the chosen delivery method offers such an option.

For orders over 699 PLN, we offer free shipping.
